1. Ordering - what do I do?
When you have found an item you want to order, click on the Add to Cart button
next to the item. The item is then placed in your 'Shopping Cart'. You can always
view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the Shopping Cart button at
the top of the page.
2. Adjusting your Shopping Cart
Click on the Shopping Cart button and you will see the goods you are about to
order. You can order several items of one kind by entering the corresponding
number in the Quantity field. If you changed your mind about buying any particular
item, click the Remove button next to it and this item will be removed from your
shopping cart. When you are done adjusting your cart, click the Update Quantities
button to recalculate the price of the goods in your shopping cart.
3. Cancel order
An order can only be cancelled if it has not been sent, which means that you have
to be quick if you want to cancel. To cancel an order: please contact Customer
Service.
4. Additions to orders
It is not possible to make additions to orders. Please make a separate order
for any additional goods.
5. Payment Method
Payment can only be made by credit card or debit card. We accept all major credit
and debit cards. Your account will not be debited until the order is shipped.
6. Credit Card handling
We do not store your credit card information, neither does Secpay who handles
secure transactions on behalf of Econdoms. This is done for your own protection.
That's why every time you shop at Econdoms you will be required to enter your
credit cards details. All transactions are handled by Secpay, they provide secure
connection from your computer to their server and encrypt your personal details
during transmission.
6. Billing Information
Your confidentiality is guaranteed. On your credit card statement the charge from Econdoms will appear as a charge from "Quick & Direct". Thus no-one but you will know what you are buying.
7. Orders from the UK and from Ireland
We dispatch orders by first class post. Delivery times for orders coming from anywhere within
the UK or from Ireland are normally within 1 working day but in certain areas of the UK it can be up to 3 working days.
All items are subject to availability.
8. Overseas orders
We dispatch orders by post. Delivery times to a Non-UK or Ireland
address may vary.
9. Packaging and Shipping costs
We currently do not charge for shipping costs for orders coming from within
the UK or from Ireland. Overseas orders are subject to an additional charge
of £4 per item. Econdoms ensures quality by using the best possible means of packaging so that
the condoms with reach you without damage. Your goods are sent in a plain cover, the same
day as your order is received.
10. Undelivered orders
Has the delivery time gone past without you receiving your purchases? Please

11. Finding Products/Information
To find the products/information topic you need please use our Site Search that
can be found at the top and bottom of each page. You can search for products, information
or both by selecting the corresponding position in the drop-down menu of the
search form.
