Yahoo! Personals and top psychologist Dr Lenny Kristal have conducted one of the biggest studies of men and women’s attitudes to love, sex and romance in Britain, with astonishing results.
The new sexual revolution
Many women are leading happier, more confident sex lives than men. Sex drive amongst women is reported to have increased by 9% in the last 12 years, 9% more women also desire or have sex at least once a day and surprisingly, 62% of all women compared to 54% of all men claim satisfaction with their sex lives.
And that’s not all. Women seem to be feeling better psychologically as well. When asked whether there were lots of things about themselves that they would change if they could, only 16 % of all women answered that they would compared to 26% of all men.
The results
Among the results uncovered by the survey are:
3 out of 4 women admit to having faked an orgasm during sex. 1 in 3 of all men say they have.
Twice as many men as women would rather have bad sex than none at all!
94% of men think about sex every day, compared with 75% of women.
Nearly 50% of women would sleep with another woman if they knew that nobody would find out, while 14% of men would sleep with a man under the same circumstances.
